Pricing

Policies

Here are some things you should know prior to booking pony rides or educational workshops with us:

  • We clean up after all ponies and remove waste from your property.

  • Some hoof marks maybe left in the ground from the ponies.

  • We are insured for your peace of mind and ours. A copy is available upon written request. However, it is recommended that the host provide an additional policy or rider to their current policy to address specific issues and risks related to the event.

​Safety Policies:​

  • We allow riders age 3 to 12 years old and up to 110 lbs.  NO ADULTS.

  • Approximate ages and weights of riders for pony ride events must be provided to ensure appropriate size pony is brought. 

  • All riders MUST where a safety helmet while riding.

  • Safety is very important.  Any child or adult who cannot adhere to safety rules will not be allowed to participate.  Depending on severity and/or frequency we may need to leave in order to ensure the safety of your guests and our horses.  You will not receive a refund.

  • For the safety of our animals and yours we ask that all animals be secured away from the pony ride area.

Booking Policies:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% your booking price is required to confirm your event.  

  • If deposit not received within 7 days of booking, your date and time are not guaranteed until deposit received.

  • Event must be paid in full and all forms must be received by the time of your event. We will be unable to set-up until payment has been made and forms received. Sorry for this inconvenience but this keeps everyone on schedule. If we must wait for the payment, the time will be reflected in your event time.

  • Please ensure there is sufficient parking to accommodate a truck and horse trailer.  If you are unsure please check with us.  If we cannot safely park we will not be able to unload the ponies.  You will not receive a refund for your deposit.

  • Cash or PayPal payments are preferred.  Personal checks will only be accepted if received prior to 14 days from your event.  For example, if your event is schedule for June 16th your check must be received no later than June 2nd.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If we cancel due to inclement weather you will have one year from the date of the event to reschedule.

    • ​We may have to cancel based on severe weather conditions.  We do not ride in wind, heavy rain, or thunderstorms.  We do work around rain.

  • If you choose to cancel for any reason, you will have two months to reschedule.  No exceptions.
